Line Cook – Deep Dish Specialist
We're looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook who takes pride in crafting our signature caramelized-crust deep dish pizzas. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to maintain the quality and consistency that Pequod's pizza is known for across Chicago.
- 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with a passion for quality food
Server – Dining Room
Be the face of the Pequod's pizza experience. As a Server, you'll guide guests through our menu, deliver exceptional hospitality, and ensure every visit is memorable. Our servers are knowledgeable, friendly, and take genuine pride in serving Chicago's best deep dish.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- BASSET/TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
Shift Supervisor
Lead a shift at one of Chicago's most iconic restaurants. The Shift Supervisor oversees front and back of house operations, coaches team members, ensures food quality standards, and steps in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly during your shift.
- 2+ years restaurant experience, including 6 months in a leadership role
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Delivery Driver
Bring the Pequod's pizza experience directly to guests across Chicago. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for timely, professional, and friendly delivery of our famous pizzas. A safe driving record and a great attitude are a must.
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and active auto insurance
- Knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods preferred
- Friendly and customer-service oriented attitude
Host / Hostess
Be the first smile every guest sees at Pequod's pizza. The Host/Hostess manages reservations, greets guests warmly, coordinates seating, and sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This is a great entry point into the hospitality industry.
- Warm, welcoming personality and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with reservation systems a plus (OpenTable)
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts required
